It is for those willing to change their lives and to go to a permanent weight loss program to really keep the fat off. If you really want to learn how to lose weight, this is an excellent place to start.
This book falls in the category of a weight loss exercise program. The ebook covers basics of dieting and treats each person as an individual. Venuto thinks, and most of us would agree, that everyone has a metabolism that is unique and some folks can take in carbs and still lose weight while others can’t. The key is to proper balance of protein, carbs and fat in your diet for the best results.
There are sections in the book on weight training and cardio – the focus is to get your BMR up, and Venuto’s expertise in this area is great. The man knows how to burn fat and feed muscle better than almost anyone. He gives you 20 plus pages for each topic, making it a great primer on basics as well as the other content.
He covers eating healthy to lose weight in his book and includes bonus items that go into more depth on some of the topic materials. There are additional bonuses items available and a more extensive set of information if you want to spend a few dollars more.
There is also a membership site that is an online companion to the ebook that gives you additional items that aren’t in the book. This includes a lot of Audio Question and Answer Sessions that are very informative. The trial membership is only a dollar, and it gives you the chance to learn even more about how to burn fat and feed muscle.
All in all Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is not for everyone, but it is an excellent source of information on how to trim up and get your life on track as far as diet and weight loss is concerned. For the first part of the diet, it is a fast weight loss plan – since lots of water and fat are removed from your system.
I highly recommend this item for the serious dieter. If you are not in to the serious diet thing, you need to find another diet plan.
