The Fat Burning Furnace – Review
Designed by Rob Poulos, Fat Burning Furnace is a weight loss program that shows you how you can get slimmer and teaches you the 5 facts of permanent fat loss. Bob spent years trying to find a good fat loss program, and finally came up with his own based on his experiences.
The 128 page e-book has three different sections and is in digital format for instant download. The first section will give you some basic information about fat loss and introduces the program.
The second section covers the fitness aspect of the program and gives you relevant information about exercises and workouts. The last section of the book covers nutrition, so you know exactly what you need to eat with the exercise routine. You’ll also get many great bonuses and free tools, including email support. The book and bonuses cost $39.97 and you get a 60 day iron clad 100% money back guarantee in case you don’t like it.
Fat Burning Furnace System is basically a set of exercise routines combined with a basic eating plan, that aim to maintain pressure on your body to burn fat even when not exercising. The author does not believe in long workouts, or any sort of cardiovascular workouts, so his workouts involve just weights and can be completed in as little as 15 – 25 minutes a day.
The primary focus of the system is to perform some targeted exercises like curls for your arms, but perform them very slowly to maximize the impact they have. This also means you only have to do one set of the exercises, unlike the 3 sets most people are encouraged to do, which allows you to complete the workouts so quickly.
Since Fat Burning Furnace is not a crazy fad diet, you should expect to see more modest fat loss results. However, this doesn’t mean you won’t see great results quickly. Most customers show great results after only a week, losing around 3-5 pounds. After about a month, many lose 10-15 pounds. These seem to be pretty normal results for people following the Fat Burning Furnace program. While results depend on many different factors, you should see results close to these if you follow the program correctly.
The system could include more information on diet and nutrition, and it looks like this was added afterwards to complement the exercises as it is not as comprehensive as the information regarding the workouts.
Fat Burning Furnace is a fat loss guide that provides an easy to follow plan that is suitable for people with hectic lives. While it does focus on good nutrition and exercise, it won’t require you to make any dramatic changes to your life to see results. If you’re willing to put in the effort with this program, you should see great fat loss results.

The Burrito Diet – Review
I grew up in the desert of Southeastern New Mexico. So I am no stranger to Mexican cuisine. In fact, I am a good cook with tortillas, rice, beans cilantro, comino, jalapeños, etc. If you doubt this, go check out my Cooking Computers and Other Things blog. So the first time I saw the name of this diet, “The Burrito Diet,” I did a double-take. This is an actual diet and I will even give you an excerpt from it, so you can see for yourself.
The author of this diet did like a lot of us have – he rode the diet roller-coaster. He would get up to a point where he became fed up with his weight then he would diet it off, only to gain the weight back later when he got off the diet. This is a common problem that most of us have faced with dieting and diets – we gain, we lose, then we gain the weight back, and often a few more pounds than you lost. This is NOT good!
Like many of us, he tried diets that involved LOTS of exercise. This is great, but most of us quit at a certain point because the regimen is only acceptable for a body builder or other professional athlete.
The things that this diet does address are common points of failure:
1. Feeling Full
2. Portion Control
3. Lack of Fiber in the Diet
4. Taking in enough WATER to flush your system (note: tea, cokes, coffee don’t count here!)
This is a real diet that I can say may be a workable solution for most folks. If you have an alergy problem with gluten, then you better look elsewhere or try to find or make gluten-free tortillas. But I can recommend this diet as a way to lose weight.

Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle Review
Tom Venuto looks impressive when you see his picture. The guy is really buff, so it makes you think, “This guy may REALLY know what he is talking about in the area of weight loss.”

With this diet, you have a FREE 12-part “Big Fat Lies 2.0″ mini-course that can get you quick-started on the road to weight loss. Tom is a body builder, trainer and personal coach. The fact that he is a “natural” body builder tells you a lot about this guy very quickly. While others use drugs to get to the top of bodybuilding, the natural guys do it the hard way – the way nature intended. Having been involved in weight and strength training at various times in my life, I really appreciate where Mr. Venuto is coming from.
He says his program targets permanent fat loss instead of just weight loss. He states in an audio clip that it is difficult to lose fat and not lose muscle mass – he is right on this. I have experienced this in my own life. Lots of other diets target depriving yourself of caloric intake to lose weight, but this can, and often does result in muscle loss as well as some fat. Muscle is hard to build, so you DON’T want to lose any if you can help it.
When you look at the main page for his product ad, you can’t keep from noticing the magazines that are listed that this guy has written articles for. He really is into the health and fitness business and he states it is his life. The one thing I could tell you is that there are things that you learn about your body when you pursue muscle development that help you to control the fat that is on your body.
In addition to his program materials, he includes 5 FREE reports to increase your chances of success. He is so sure that you will succeed that he offers his product with an 8 week 100% money back guarantee.
Lazy Chick Diet Review
The title of this diet caught my eye – the Lazy Chick Diet. Isn’t that what we all want? A diet that is easy? So I just had to look this one over further…
The author of this diet decided she needed to do something because she saw herself physically deteriorating. She said that her skin was unhealthy, she had no energy and that she was confused all the time. I’ll buy into that one personally – if your diet is wrong, your health suffers.
The need for improved overall health got her interested in supplements. She became a product advisor at a health food store. The next step was to do some research about health and nutrition. The author states that things REALLY turned around when she went to a conference in London. There she discovered information that the pharmecutical companies were hiding – information that would lower their sales if consumer’s knew about it!
In her journey, she developed her own “Lazy” solutiion, and her health problems went away. She states that there is a way to fix your weight problem is the balance the acidity and alkalinity in your body. I have seen some results from people changing this characteristic of their body, so I cannot dispute that this could really work for some people. Balancing our body’s biochemistry is a key to overall health. If you don’t eat foods that are rich in antioxidants, you have a higher risk for cancer, for example. This is well known and documented, so again, this diet may have some merit.
She sites some customer testimonials such as, “Within 4 months I’d lost 22 pounds, I’d reduced my cholesterol by 42 points, and I’d reduced my insulin by 60%.” Another one reads like this, “I weighed 450 lbs and I knew I had to reduce my weight substantially, or I was going to die. I’d tried various diets, both conservative and trendy, but nothing worked well for me until I found this programme. With proper foods and nutrients bringing my body into pH balance, I have lost 205 pounds!”
So it appears this diet does have potential. Anytime that something improves cholesterol and control of blood sugar for a type 1 diabetic, you NEED to at least view the information. For that reason, I am including a link to the author’s information page for additional information on the product. Go to the Lazy Chick Diet information page for additional information.
The Secret to Fat Loss Diet – Review
The author of The Secret to Fat Loss is a personal trainer that has several years of experience in the field of exercise and diet. In promotion of his product, he makes some claims about other competing diet solutions.
What follows are summaries of several short articles by the author that explain his perspective on weight loss and the “failings” of other diets. If you want to select and read through them completely, click here and go to the bottom of the page to get to the links for the complete articles.
He says that the South Beach and Atkins diets are too strict. I don’t know about the Atkins diet personally, but I have been using diet controls from South Beach for several years to help control my Type 2 Diabetes. He states that these diets are too strict for the average dieter. This may be true. Most people don’t have the motivation I have for controlling their diet.

He also debunks the Calorie Counting regimen of some diets. This is definitely true – note the people using South Beach or Weight Watchers successfully. He states that there may be little weight lost due to this type of thing changing one’s metabolism. He could be right on this.

The author says that low-carb regimens have the problem of cutting back on carbohydrates too quickly, which doesn’t allow a person’s system to adjust. He also states that the authors of these diets do not tell dieters how to deal with this. Take it from me – the issue with massive carb reduction can make you tired. So I give him this point.

Yet another article states that obesity has nothing to do with daily calorie intake. It is the author’s opinion that the foods themselves are part of the problem, and that calorie counting is why so many diets fail. He also states in another article that the Food Pyramid can actually make you fat! If this makes you as curious as it did me, Click here and go to the bottom of the page to get to the links for the complete articles.
This diet seems to have some good ideas behind it, but then again, you are the best judge as to whether it will work for you. Check out the information by following one of my links on this page.
