<p>Most of us want the “quick fix.”  We are looking at the easy  way out and so we think that because a diet promises <strong>easy weight loss</strong>, we think the plan itself must be easy.  This is not always so. Most <strong>fast weight loss diets</strong> are very strict at first.  This is often to get the most results in the shortest time.  The weight loss is easy because the strictness of the diet makes the weight come off quickly.</p>
<p>If a diet says you must eat certain foods, eat those foods.  The success of the diet is up to you.  In order to get the most out of the plan – follow it.  If you don’t follow it, you should not blame the author of the diet for your failure in following the directions.</p>
<p>If a diet requires that you exercise, don’t expect it to work without it.  If the diet says you can’t <strong>lose weight without exercise</strong>, then that diet is geared for dieting and exercise. Most successful fast weight loss plans have  been tested – they work if you follow the plan.</p>
