Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle Review
Tom Venuto looks impressive when you see his picture. The guy is really buff, so it makes you think, “This guy may REALLY know what he is talking about in the area of weight loss.”

With this diet, you have a FREE 12-part “Big Fat Lies 2.0″ mini-course that can get you quick-started on the road to weight loss. Tom is a body builder, trainer and personal coach. The fact that he is a “natural” body builder tells you a lot about this guy very quickly. While others use drugs to get to the top of bodybuilding, the natural guys do it the hard way – the way nature intended. Having been involved in weight and strength training at various times in my life, I really appreciate where Mr. Venuto is coming from.
He says his program targets permanent fat loss instead of just weight loss. He states in an audio clip that it is difficult to lose fat and not lose muscle mass – he is right on this. I have experienced this in my own life. Lots of other diets target depriving yourself of caloric intake to lose weight, but this can, and often does result in muscle loss as well as some fat. Muscle is hard to build, so you DON’T want to lose any if you can help it.
When you look at the main page for his product ad, you can’t keep from noticing the magazines that are listed that this guy has written articles for. He really is into the health and fitness business and he states it is his life. The one thing I could tell you is that there are things that you learn about your body when you pursue muscle development that help you to control the fat that is on your body.
In addition to his program materials, he includes 5 FREE reports to increase your chances of success. He is so sure that you will succeed that he offers his product with an 8 week 100% money back guarantee.
Lazy Chick Diet Review
The title of this diet caught my eye – the Lazy Chick Diet. Isn’t that what we all want? A diet that is easy? So I just had to look this one over further…
The author of this diet decided she needed to do something because she saw herself physically deteriorating. She said that her skin was unhealthy, she had no energy and that she was confused all the time. I’ll buy into that one personally – if your diet is wrong, your health suffers.
The need for improved overall health got her interested in supplements. She became a product advisor at a health food store. The next step was to do some research about health and nutrition. The author states that things REALLY turned around when she went to a conference in London. There she discovered information that the pharmecutical companies were hiding – information that would lower their sales if consumer’s knew about it!
In her journey, she developed her own “Lazy” solutiion, and her health problems went away. She states that there is a way to fix your weight problem is the balance the acidity and alkalinity in your body. I have seen some results from people changing this characteristic of their body, so I cannot dispute that this could really work for some people. Balancing our body’s biochemistry is a key to overall health. If you don’t eat foods that are rich in antioxidants, you have a higher risk for cancer, for example. This is well known and documented, so again, this diet may have some merit.
She sites some customer testimonials such as, “Within 4 months I’d lost 22 pounds, I’d reduced my cholesterol by 42 points, and I’d reduced my insulin by 60%.” Another one reads like this, “I weighed 450 lbs and I knew I had to reduce my weight substantially, or I was going to die. I’d tried various diets, both conservative and trendy, but nothing worked well for me until I found this programme. With proper foods and nutrients bringing my body into pH balance, I have lost 205 pounds!”
So it appears this diet does have potential. Anytime that something improves cholesterol and control of blood sugar for a type 1 diabetic, you NEED to at least view the information. For that reason, I am including a link to the author’s information page for additional information on the product. Go to the Lazy Chick Diet information page for additional information.
